We had a great guide Daniella who was very helpful and friendly. It was also a great tour.

Tour guide had to translate into several languages, which made it difficult.

City tour good and guide very informative but on the afternoon tour the guide Diane was asked to walk a bit slower as one of our group had breathing problems but she did not listen, as a result four of us were lost in the narrow streets of Volendam and had no idea where to catch the boat to Marken or what time, and this spoilt our trip.
