Our guide was fantastic and it was a good tour. We should have spent more time in Delft instead of going to Madurodam which I felt was a waste of time. That place is more a place for kids.

We were really fortunate to have an excellent guide, extremely knowledgeable and with a very friendly demeanour! She shared a lot of helpful information with us on Dutch landscape, history, culture, art, politics, way of living! The tour wanted to be all comprehensive and we pretty much covered everything, even of this meant rushing though downtown Rotterdam and The Hague! The traffic in and out of Amsterdam must be given serious consideration as it creates some terrible delays! We strongly suggest to break this tour down into half so that people can actually time to make some sight-seeing in Rotterdam and The Hague.

Rotterdam and The Hague were a quick drive around. What you saw depended on the side of the coach you were on. Delft was the highlight. Some people abandoned the trip staying in Delft and returning to Amsterdam by train on their own. A trip to Delft alone would have been a good option.

This tour was a total ripoff. The tour guide was rude to many of the passengers to many of the passengers. At one point a person asked a question and his response was"Were you not listening". I had been listening and I did not hear the answer to that persons question prior to that point. I speak English, Spanish, Italian and a bit of French. He was translating in Spanish and English and French and often not providing agreeable information in the different languages. Another passenger complained about the temperature on the bus. When it was not corrected the passenger complained again and his response was, "Am I supposed to check back to assure everything is corrected? I did not get the guide's name.

boring as watching nail polish dry, the delft stop was ok ..just a lot of driving around...the short stop at the cheese farm was ok...wouldn't recommend it
