Your cruise experience begins as you board the luxury yacht at Navy Pier. After a quick stop for a commemorative boarding photo, you host will greet you and escort you to your private table.

Relax with a beverage or tour the ship's three climate-controlled decks. Watching the boat cast-off from one of the observation decks is a great way to start your afternoon cruise.

When you are ready to begin lunch, order your meal from the extensive menu of creative appetizers, entrees and desserts. Bring an appetite as the food is delicious, plentiful and prepared freshly to your specifications.

Throughout the cruise the live trio sets the mood...Enjoy a wide range of music, from classic jazz to contemporary favorites.

• Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
• Dress code is smart casual. No jeans, shorts, tank tops, halter-tops, gym shoes or flip flops are worn on the cruise.
• All interior areas of the ship are non-smoking. Guests who smoke may do so on the outdoor observation decks only.
• A waiter will take your individual appetizer, entree and dessert menu choices after your party is seated. You may request that your lunch be served immediately or that your meal be served at a more leisurely pace.

• Classic Ceasar: Crisp Romaine Hearts tossed with hand cut Croutons, shaved Parmesan Reggiano, in a traditional Caesar Dressing
• Lobster Bisque: Lobster simmered in sweet cream Butter and blended with Sherry and Crème Fraiche, served with an herbed Crouton
• Caramelized Duck en Croute: Duck Confit, Forest Mushrooms, Sage and Monterey Jack Cheese baked in a Puff Pastry, served over Spaghetti Squash, with Dried Cherries, Candied Pecans and drizzle of Marsala Wine Demi-glace

• Maple-Glazed Chipotle Chicken: Pan-roasted smoked Chicken Breast, served with a fiery Vegetable Ratatouille and roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes, topped with a Chipotle Tomato Cream
• Sesame-Grilled Salmon Fillet: Fillet of grilled Salmon, roasted with Sesame, Soy and fresh Ginger, served atop Jasmine Rice and a salad of Romaine in a light Rice Wine Vinaigrette
• Seafood Ravioli Gratinee: Jumbo Ravioli filled with imported Italian Cheeses, topped with Gulf Shrimp, Bay Scallops, and a rustic Pomodoro Sauce
• Roasted Vegetable Napoleon: Ragoût of Tomato, Zucchini, Eggplant and Summer Squash, layered with a White Bean Purée between crispy Lavash, served with a fresh Basil Marinara
