The tour took us to see some local crafts ( Batik etc…) and the Royal Selangor factory on the way to the Batu Caves. The walk up to the Caves is hampered by the monkeys that jump around wanting food, flowers etc… The Caves themselves are superb and well worth the 272 steps up!

marvellous experience.be prepared for the 272 steps and watch out for the monkeys as they will pinch any food you are carrying

Everybody must go to the Batu Caves, a definite sight to see, walking the steps was abit of a challenge, but I did it and I enjoyed it. If your an older person or extremely unfit I recommend a longer more relaxed tour as this tour was rushed, the tour guide was very informative but beyond the cave and pewter factory info his English wasn't flash, no conversation at all. I was surprised to see the amount of rubbish laying around inside the caves, I would have thought all this rufugee lying around in a place like this would be disrespectful, it would be so simple to keep clean, not a good look. To walk the steps and see inside these caves cannot be missed, it's my 2nd time and im sure it won't be the last.

Great way to see these attractions when you only have a little time. Well worth doing. Lovely guide.

Come da descrizione. Pickup dall and #39;hotel puntualissimi. Viaggio verso Batu. Senza dubbio imponente la statua della divinità e i 270 e passa giardini per arrivare a piedi. Le scale sono popolate da scimmie. Nascondere ogni tipo di cibo e bevanda perché rubano e portano via.
Esperienza che rifarei.

Was good to see batu caves. Would have preferred longer there than others. Pewter factory was interesting.lots of stairs to climb and busy but was interesting.

Viator once again are a well organised and professional tour group. The guide Simon was exceptionally knowledgeable and extremely funny. The tour itself was really just one of those tours to say we have been and done. Although, in saying that, we did enjoy the silver and pouter plant.

We spent more time in factory then at caves. In total we had 45 mins at the cave - which was dissapointing.

The Tour Guide is really in old ages and its kinda hard for her to walk around with guest to show the tourist spot and were all not comfortable during the tours as were thinking about our guide situation.

The caves are interesting to see, but it would have been better if the guide told us anything about them.

Despite the coach been parked to the side of our hotel - both the driver and guide were late returning from their lunch. That meant they were late collecting at the next hotel and so on which meant that guests had to be searched for and we were constantly running late and been rushed around, The Pewter factory was fine, quite interesting but the batik factory was just a sales thing and a waste of precious time. When we eventually got to the highlight of the tour - the Batu caves we had 40 minutes to climb the 272 steps into the caves, have a look around this enormous, amazing wonderful temple before we had to rush back to the coach - all of this rushing around in temperatures of 30deg C.
The guide was very quiet through the whole tour and gave little information about the area or about the Batu caves. It was a disappointing afternoon and not up the usual standards demanded by Viator.

Just a gimmick to take you to local businesses and make you buy stuff.
