1-dagars entré till Disney World Theme Park med transport från Miami

12 hours in an ice cold bus for only 6 hours at Disney World was not worth it! It was a hell freezing on the bus, and the driver refused to turn off the AC although it was cold outside.
The bus also served as a local bus and stopped through out the hole trip to let people on and off. Had I known this I would never have gone on the trip!
This was the worse day of my vacation and I wouldn't go on this trip again if someone payed me!! thousands of dollars!!

Something to bear in mind before booking this trip is the amount of travelling involved in one day. In reality it took approximately 5 hours to get there and 5 hours back to Miami on a coach. Once we arrived at the office in Orlando to pick up our Disney pass it was very disorganised. We spent approx 45-60 mins there trying to establish who was going to what park and there was a lot of confusion. I was handed a pass for the Magic Kingdom when I had a printed confirmation that I booked for Animal Kingdom. I was told it would not be a problem and 'MK' was scratched out to 'AK' on our entry information. We were subsequently dropped off in Magic Kingdom not our park and told to make our own way to Animal Kingdom. This took up an awful lot of time getting from one park to the other, when our time at the park was already limited. When we eventually arrived at Animal Kingdom we were refused admission as our ticket was programmed for Magic Kingdom and were told to queue up for this to be rectified, which took up even more time. This was entirely the fault of the tour company as my booking explicitly said Animal Kingdom. We spent approx 6 hours at the park and had a very enjoyable time, albeit a little rushed. We returned to the pick up point told to make our way back to Magic Kingdom, when this had nothing to do with our booking! We should have been dropped off and picked up from the park we had booked, as it wasted a lot of our time travelling to and from the park which had nothing to do with our booking.

Disney World is amazing but the transportation was a nightmare. Just read those 1 star ratings they are correct and truthful. The transportation was very poorly organized, unprofessional and wasted a lot of valuable time. There is not enough space to list all the things that were wrong about the transportation. Just read the previous 1 star reviews. I dont understand these 5 star reviews here. Maybe they had a different company??

One recommendation: Just rent a car and drive there by yourself. You will safe money, time and believe it or not it is much more stress free and comfortable. We were planning to rent a car and drive to Orlando but thought that this organized trip would be more relaxing. What a mistake.

Excellent for when you have limited time in Florida. Comfortable ride to Orlando and enough time to enjoy the one day in a park of your choice.

My nice has the best time that she dream about. This was is first time in Disney.

I am writing hoping that someone on victor sees this review. I booked an excursion with viator because I had the best experience with three excursions earlier this month while visiting Paris, so I thought my experience in the United States would be equally great. The park was great, but the company Adventure 1 that viator uses to transport passangers from Miami to Orlando and back was horrific. The bus driver showed up at 4:30 in the am instead of 5:15-6:30 as my voucher said. They were extremely rude and their driving was erratic, over the speed limit driving and continually honking the horn bordering in road rage. He also dropped us off three blocks from our hotel at 12:30 in the am upon our return. He said he was not a taxi service and could not bring us any closer and that the rate they charge wa not enough for better service. I was not aware that out 200.00 charge was that inexpensive. While I would recommend Viator in Europe, I hope some corrects the use of the driving service. They are dangerous and bound to hurt someone in the process either with their erratic driving or by leaving you in unknown neighborhoods in the middle of the night. The driver spoke very poor English and shouted at the passangers as well. Please look into this. Your reputation is on the line.

It was actually a great quick getaway for not having a lot of time in Miami and would still want to check out Disney World. Although there really wasn't enough time to go around the park for the duration of the time, it was a good idea to have a transportation to and from Miami/Orlando and experience Disney for a bit.

Disneyland was brilliant when we finally got there but a large coach picked us up from the hotel we got in Orlando and had to get off the coach and transfer into a small mini bus and the driver payed more attention to his phone than he did to the road and got lost too very unprofessional

Great day, well organised. We had 8 hours in the park. Would use this company again

Péssima experiência! Ônibus precário, assentos rasgados, cadeiras sem conforto, espaço reduzido! Lamentável estar em um país de Primeiro mundo e cair neste engodo! Comprei com café da manhã e este não foi fornecido, sequer foi dada uma satisfação. O ônibuis também não foi exclusivo para a Disney, pelo contrário, saiu de uma espécie de rodoviária, também sem conforto, em Orlando, com passageiros comuns, que não estavam visitando a Disney!
Muito frustante! CUIDADO! NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM!
