The day before yesterday was on your site was booked this trip.

After that, the support phone did not answer us at all. I tried to download the pp of SuperShuttle and check in via this app, but the program required a seven-digit confirmation code.
I asked for help to the airport employees, so they called the customer service of Supershuttle, and explained our situation, showed our voucher. And only after the airport employees called, they clarified the situation. As it turned out, there is no airport in this airport, and there was never a meeting manager. Check in the bus had to be made only through the program or only by phone, with a seven-digit confirmation code that you did not provide to us !!!
As a result, we spent two hours at the airport in a strong wind, and at 7 degrees Celsius !!! I'm in the seventh month of pregnancy, wasting time in the empty, trying to prove something and how to justify myself !!! I caught cold because of you, and your lack of discipline! I demand to return money, and I wish to never have business with you again!

First time used service and received poor instructions on where catch bus and that my name was for a certain bus. There were 2 other couples that must have been first timers because they were just as confused. For first time users of this service they might need a little more direction but overall it was ok for trip to hotel.
